STORE REGULATIONS

1. General provisions

  1. The online store operating at malgilabel.com is run by:

(hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

  2. These Regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, sales, payments, delivery and Consumer rights.

2. Definitions

  • Shop – online store available at malgilabel.com

  • Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit placing an order

  • Consumer – a customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to business activity

  • Product – clothing and accessories offered in the Store

  • Order – a declaration of will by the Customer aimed at concluding a sales contract

3. Using the store

  1. To use the Store, the Customer must have access to an Internet device and an up-to-date browser.

  2. The customer undertakes to provide truthful data.

  3. Product prices are gross prices (including VAT).

4. Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed via the Store's website 24/7.

  2. To place an order, the Customer selects a product, adds it to the cart and proceeds to the order form.

  3. Once the order has been approved, the Customer will receive an email confirming its acceptance.

  4. The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of confirmation by the Customer.

5. Payments

  1. The customer can choose one of the available payment methods, such as:

    • online payment (e.g. Stripe, PayPal – I can provide specific details)

    • payment by traditional transfer

  2. The order will be processed after payment has been received.

6. Delivery

  1. Delivery is carried out via courier companies or other methods indicated on the Store's website.

  2. Delivery costs are provided when placing the order.

  3. The delivery date depends on the chosen shipping method and product availability.

  4. The Seller is not responsible for delays resulting from the actions of the carrier.

7. Production of custom-made products

  1. Some products may be handmade or made to individual order (custom).

  2. The delivery time is always given in the product description.

  3. Custom-made products are non-returnable, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

8. Withdrawal from the contract (returns)

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.

  2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to: malgilabel@gmail.com

  3. The product must be returned intact, without any signs of use.

  4. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.

  5. Products sewn or personalized to individual order are non-returnable.

9. Complaints

  1. The customer has the right to file a complaint if a product defect is found.

  2. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail: malgilabel@gmail.com

  3. The complaint should include a description of the defect and photos.

  4. The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days.

  5. If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced or the customer will receive a refund.

10. Protection of personal data

The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Store's Privacy Policy, available at malgilabel.com.

11. Final provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations.

  2. Changes are effective from the moment they are published on the Store website.

  3. For contracts concluded before the amendment of the Regulations, the version in force at the time of placing the order shall apply.

  4. In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law and EU consumer law shall apply.
