We want your shopping experience at Malgi to be comfortable and satisfying. Below you'll find all the information regarding returns and complaints.
RETURNS
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the package. After reporting your withdrawal, please return the product within another 14 days .
To speed up the process, please include your order number in your package.
Returned products should be unused , without signs of wear and with original tags .

The refund will be made immediately after receiving and checking the product - within a maximum of 14 days .

COMPLAINTS
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, you can file a complaint.
1. Notification

– order number,
– description of the defect and the moment it was noticed,
– preferred solution (repair, replacement or refund).
2. Returning the complained product
Products must be returned to the same address as returns:
The cost of returning the parcel is covered by the Buyer.
3. Processing time
We process complaints within 14 calendar days of receiving the notification and shipment. We will inform you of our decision via email.
If approved, we will propose:
– repair of the product,
– replacement with a new one,
– or a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
